How We Are Paid
Our matching service is free for businesses. Specialist firms on our panel pay us a fee when we introduce a business to them. That fee does not change the price a firm quotes you, and you are never obliged to appoint anyone we introduce.
Does payment affect which firms we introduce?
We introduce firms based on fit with your sector, claim size and location, and only firms that meet our panel criteria. We tell you which firms we have introduced you to.
Will a firm charge me more because of the introduction?
A firm should quote you its normal fees. If you think a quote has been increased because of our introduction, please tell us through the complaints procedure.
Are you independent?
We are independent of every firm on our panel. We do not own, and are not owned by, any R&D tax adviser.
